Hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious! Breakfast was excellent and included in price of the stay. The kids loved the pool and could have spent the whole day there! Shelly, who works in the breakfast area is the friendliest person you’ll meet. With a “good morning beautiful” every time! We will be back.

Despite traveling all over the country as a family of four and staying in places like The Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, and some of the nicer hotels Disney World has to offer, this was one of our very favorite little places to stay. Simply unmatched value. Rooms are so clean and spacious, and have lovely little kitchens. Staff was extremely friendly. My wife and kids loved the pool area. The breakfast was delicious and high above typical hotel breakfast standards. We are so sad to have to check out. Blown away by this Homewood Suites!

This hotel has it all. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, spacious room, wonderful on-site amenities and friendly, welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious and being greeted by Shelly each morning was a highlight. We are definitely returning next time we’re in the area!

Relatively close and easy access to ALB airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable with no frills. Small kitchenette is useful for longer stays, especially since there is a grocery store nearby. Staff are what make this place shine. We were tired from international travel, and they made us feel comfortable and welcome.

Wonderful staff from “G”, the front desk manager to the maintenance and housekeeping team. I was really impressed with their response to the snow storm that hit the area. The following morning we went outside to in freezing temperatures to find that the staff had cleared and cleaned all the snow off all of the guests vehicles. That was much better than dealing with a mess before loading up and traveling to our next destination. Thanks, we will be back.
